At this present moment we do not have any specific positions vacant, however if you feel you could contribute towards our team with your skills and past experience please do not hesitate to contact us.
We aim to have no recruiting mistakes therefore new recruits initially work for us on a voluntary basis, to check each other out and only when mutual commitment is clear, we accept an application dossier and they can become part of our permanent workforce.
We encourage our people to design their own jobs, focus on what they can do best and we actively try to structure jobs to allow each to optimize their skill set.
We aim to offer a superior employee value proposition, in order to increase employee commitment (sharing schemes). Transparence also invests in training and development, to increase our return on investment of recruiting really talented individuals. We accommodate personal needs by offering all our employees a flexible work schedule (Part-time, certain months off, Job sharing, short term contracts,…) and we encourage work from home.
